O R D E R
1 Leave granted.
2. This appeal arises from the judgment and order passed by the
High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh dated 5th April, 2022
in Letters Patent Appeal No. 287/2022 by which the appeal filed by
the appellant herein namely Food Corporation of India and others
seeking to challenge the order passed by the learned single judge
allowing the writ petition filed by the respondent no.1 herein came
to be dismissed, thereby affirming the judgment and order passed by
the learned single judge.
3. We need not delve much into the facts of this case as we are
in a position to dispose of this matter in the wake of some
developments.

4. We first take notice of the order passed by a Coordinate Bench
of this Court dated 15.09.2023. The order dated 15.09.2023 reads
thus:-
