O R D E R
1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the material available on record.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that all
the disputes and differences between the parties have
been amicably resolved, and the parties have decided to
part ways on certain terms and conditions. Accordingly,
appropriate and necessary orders may be passed in
accordance therewith.
3. We appreciate the efforts put in by Ms. Upma
Srivastava, learned Co-Mediator; Mr. Ajit Kumar Pathak,
learned Co-Mediator; and Mr. Dvijendra Kumar Pandey,
learned Mediator, Supreme Court of India, as well as the
learned counsel for the parties in helping the parties
arrive at an amicable settlement. The Settlement
Agreement dated 03.09.2025 is placed on record.
4. It is further agreed between the parties that, as per
paragraph no.2 of the Settlement Agreement, the cases
mentioned therein, as described below, shall stand
closed:
