despite last opportunity having been granted. However, Ld.

counter affidavit. Two weeks’ time, as last and final
opportunity, is granted for filing counter affidavit.
Despite last opportunity having been granted, Ld.Counsel
for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed
fresh particulars in respect of respondent No.2.
