Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time

to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of

unserved sole respondent. Dasti in addition is allowed, as

prayed. Affidavit of dasti service be filed within four weeks.

It is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that

permission be granted to serve the sole respondent also through

his counsel before the concerned Family Court. Allowed.
