1. Perused the office report dated 13th May, 2025.
2. Application for oral hearing of the review petition
is rejected.
3. As per the Office Report, the review petition(s) was
found defective and the reasons thereof were pointed out in
the said Report. Notwithstanding the defects pointed out
by the Registry in the present petition, which have not
been cured so far, we have perused the review petition as
well as the grounds in support thereof.
4. We are convinced that the order dated 29th January,
2025, of which review has been sought, does not suffer from
any error apparent warranting its reconsideration.

5. The Review Petition(s) shall stand dismissed as being
defective, on delay and on merits also.
6. All other pending application(s) shall also stand
dismissed accordingly.
