UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard Mr. Shukla Samit Dilip, appearing as party in-person.
2. After hearing the party-in-person and on perusal of the
averments made in the application, it appears that the
applicant/petitioner complies with the requirement laid in the
Order IV, Rules 5(ii)(b) of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013.
3. Accordingly, the applicant/petitioner is permitted to be
registered as an Advocate-on-Record of this Court.
4. The applicant/petitioner shall employ a registered clerk
within a period of one month upon being registered as an Advocate-
on-Record.
