O R D E R

1. This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil

Procedure seeking transfer of a case being GOP-OP No.375 of 2024

titled “Muhammed Nashmeer vs. Rosna Raheem”, pending before the

Family Court, Vadakara, District Kozhikode, Kerala to the Family

Court, Bengaluru.

2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer

are that she has to take care of her minor child; and also on

account of long distance she is unable to effectively defend the

proceedings at Kerala.

3. On such consideration, we are of the view that the transfer

can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, case being GOP-OP No.375 of 2024 titled

“Muhammed Nashmeer vs. Rosna Raheem”, pending before the Family

Court, Vadakara, District Kozhikode, Kerala is transferred to the

to the Family Court, Bengaluru.

5. The transferor Court shall forward the records pertaining to

the said case to the transferee Court, as expeditiously as

possible.

6. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on

2nd December, 2025.
