2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In view of the observations made by the learned
Single Judge in paragraph 5 of the impugned order, the
same is set aside without going into the merits of this
case and the matter is remitted to the High Court with a
direction to the Registrar (Judicial) to post Writ
Petition No.9607/2023 for rehearing before the Division
Bench of the High Court as per the roster after obtaining
necessary orders from Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the
High Court.
4. The parties are directed to appear before the High
Court on 07.04.2025.
5. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
