O R D E R
The Petitioner has filed these Transfer Petitions seeking
transfer of the following cancellation/rectification
petitions:-
(i) Application bearing no. IPDATM 6 of 2022, titled “Bennett,
Coleman and Company Ltd. Vs. Brand Value Communications Ltd. &
Anr., pending before the High Court of Calcutta to the High
Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
(ii) Application bearing no. IPDATM 256 of 2023, titled
“Bennett, Coleman and Company Ltd. Vs. Brand Value
Communications Ltd. & Anr., pending before the High Court of
Calcutta to the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits
that they have no objection to the prayer(s) for transfer being
allowed.
3. Accordingly, the Transfer Petitions are allowed and the
aforementioned matters are transferred to the High Court of
Delhi at New Delhi.

4. After the matters are transferred to the High Court of
Delhi at New Delhi, the concerned Court will give fresh notice
to all the parties by fixing a date and the aforesaid matters
