1) IA No. 206010 of 2024 for interim relief has been listed
today for consideration.
2) Since the vires of the Uttar Pradesh Education Service
Selection Commission Act, 2023 is under challenge, which
can be assailed before the High Court seeking appropriate
relief, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
3) However, the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse
as permissible in law before High Court.
