1. We have considered the materials on record. Though the
petitioner contends that she is 78 year old widow, having
considered the nature of proceedings and the fact that most of
the witnesses are at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, we do not
consider it prudent to transfer the Criminal Complaint Case No.
2312/9 of 2023 titled "Smt. Prem Lata vs. Sh. Joginder & Ors.,
pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Rohini, Delhi.
