1. Leave granted.
2. Appellant challenges the judgment and order dated
10.12.2024, 23.12.2024 & 02.01.2025 in CO.3406/2024 passed by
the High Court at Calcutta, titled “Sukanya Das vs. Arindam
Das”.
3. A joint application being I.A. No. 211627/2025 seeking
appropriate directions under Article 142 of the Constitution of
India for dissolving their marriage by way of mutual consent as
per the terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
4. Appellant - Arindam Das, who is present through video
conferencing, and Respondent - Sukanya Das, who is physically
present before this Court, have been identified by their
respective learned counsel.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that all
the disputes and differences between the parties stand amicably
resolved, and the parties have decided to happily part ways on

terms and conditions as contained in the Joint Application.
Accordingly, appropriate and necessary orders may be passed in
accordance therewith.
6. Parties undertake to adhere all terms of the settlement,
