UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Dr. A.M. Singhvi, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner has mentioned this matter stating that the Review
Petition, i.e., Diary No.1113/2025 has been filed seeking review of
the judgment dated 15-7-2024 in Civil Appeal No.7232 of 2024 titled
“CESC Limited vs. West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission”
which was dismissed by this Court at the stage of admission itself.
2. He further pointed out that this Court, in an identical
matter, being Civil Appeal No.7794 of 2024 titled “Jaiprakash Power
Ventures Ltd. vs. Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission
& Anr.” has issued notice.
