Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners.
We find no reason to interfere with the impugned
order.
However, it is well open to the petitioner(s) to
place all the relevant facts before the Trial Court,
in the suit to be filed, including the plea based upon
Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1980, taking into
consideration the proceedings which are on going inter
se the parties.
