O R D E R
1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife
seeking transfer of CS No.508/2023 titled “Dilip Kumar Soni
vs. Reeta Soni”, pending before the Court of Chief Judge,
Family Court, Durg, Chhattisgarh to the Family Court,
Chhatarpur District, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh.
2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties, we are inclined to transfer the case sought for.
We, accordingly, allow the transfer petition and direct that
CS No.508/2023 titled “Dilip Kumar Soni vs. Reeta Soni”, be
transferred from the Court of Chief Judge, Family Court, Durg,
Chhattisgarh to the Family Court, Chhatarpur District,
Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh.
3. However, if the video conferencing facility is available
with the Court, the benefit of the same shall be extended to
the parties, unless their physical presence is required.
4. The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the record
of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

5. The transferee court shall make all possible endeavours
first for an amicable settlement between the parties, failing
which for early decision in the matter without unnecessary
adjournments. ...
