UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Opportunity to file counter affidavit with regard to

respondent Nos.1 to 3 has already been declined.

Service on respondent No.5 is complete but none has entered

appearance.

Mr. Dinkar Kalra, learned Advocate on Record has filed an

application for substitution along with an application for setting

aside abatement and condonation of delay in respect of deceased

respondent No.4 but the same is defective.

Four weeks’ time is granted to cure the defects. If defects

are cured, list the applications before the Hon'ble Judge in

Chambers, else list the matter on 14.11.2025.
