O R D E R
1. This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of
Civil Procedure seeking transfer of M.C. No. 66/2023, titled
“Dr. Giriraj Patil Vs. Dr.Sailaja Bhanu“, pending before the
learned Senior Civil Judge at Humanabad, Karnataka to the Court
of learned III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-Cum-
Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class, West Godavari (Eluru)
District, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance on
behalf of the respondent.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the
transfer are: she has to take care of her minor son; and, also on
account of long distance, she is unable to effectively defend the
proceedings initiated by the respondent at Humanabad, Karnataka.
5. On such consideration, we are of the view that the transfer
can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer Petition is allowed.

6. Accordingly, the proceedings of M.C. No. 66/2023, titled
“Dr.Giriraj Patil Vs. Dr.Sailaja Bhanu“, pending before the learned
Senior Civil Judge at Humanabad, Karnataka is transferred to Court
of learned III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-Cum-Special
Judicial Magistrate of I Class, W...
