1. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner that the co-accused, Prashil Himanshu
Behma, who was found in possession of the contraband, has
not been arrested as he has co-operated with the
investigation. He further submits that the present
petitioner shall also co-operarte with the investigating
officer.
