UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner has been convicted under Section
304A of the Indian Penal Code and has been awarded one
year simple imprisonment. The said conviction awarded
by the Trial Court is upheld by the Appellate Court and
a revision is pending before the High Court.
