O R D E R
1. This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil
Procedure seeking transfer of the Matrimonial Case No. 569 of
2022 titled “Anuj Kumar Goyal vs. Anita Goyal”, pending before
the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Kasganj, U.P.
to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune,
Maharashtra.
2. The ground raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
is that she is a senior citizen; there are other cases pending at
Pune; and also on account of long distance, she is unable to
effectively defend the proceedings initiated by the respondent at
Kasganj.
3. On such consideration, we are of the view that the transfer
can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the proceedings bearing Matrimonial Case No.
569 of 2022 titled “Anuj Kumar Goyal vs. Anita Goyal”, pending
before the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Kasganj,
U.P.is transferred to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family
Court, Pune, Maharashtra.

5. The transferor Court shall transfer the records pertaining
to the said case to the transferee Court, as expeditiously as
possible.
6. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court
on 8th September, 2025.
