The petitioner-tenant is however granted time till 30 th September, 2015 to vacate and hand over peaceful possession of the suit premises to the respondent, subject to the following conditions: (1) The petitioner files in this Court an undertaking on usual terms within four weeks from today. (2) The petitioner deposits with the trial court or pays directly to the respondent, compensation for use/occupation of the premises
2 in-question at the rate of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) per month w.e.f. 1 st April, 2015 till the date the premises is actually vacated. The deposit shall be made by the 10 th of every succeeding calender month. The compensation for the month of April 2015 shall be deposited/made by the 10 th May, 2015. (3) Arrears of rent, if any, at the rate of Rs.2400/- (Rupees two thousand four hundred) per month shall also be paid/deposited by the petitioner within two months from today. (4) The amount so deposited shall be released in favour of the respondent.
