However, we make it clear that we have not commented as to whether the petitioner-bank would be entitled to set off Rs. 4,33,171.91 from the decreed amount. We are not commenting on the said aspect except noting that the petitioners would be entitled to raise such contention and any such contention, if raised, would be examined by the trial court in accordance with law.
