O R D E R
1. The present petition was filed by the petitioner–wife seeking
transfer of SMA No.46 of 2024 titled as "Pritam Singh versus
Nribeni Murry" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court
(South) Saket, New Delhi to the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Chandigarh.
2. During the pendency of the present petition, the parties
have amicably resolved their disputes vide Settlement Agreement
dated 3rd September, 2025, which has been placed on record as
Annexure A-2 with IA No.236327 of 2025, whereby invocation of
the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 142 of the Constitution of
India is sought for dissolution of the marriage by way of mutual
consent.

3. As stated in the Settlement Agreement, the petitioner-wife
undertakes and agrees that she shall not claim or demand any
kind of permanent alimony, maintenance or allowance from the
respondent-husband.
4. There is no child born from the wedlock.
5. As the dispute between the parties stands resolved in terms
of the Settlement Agreement dated 3rd September, 2025, by
invoking our jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution of
