RAMCHANDRA BAHUGUNA RESPONDENT(S) O R D E R The petitioner–wife has filed this Transfer Petition seeking transfer of H.M.A. Petition No. 546 of 2021 , titled as “Ramchandra Bahuguna vs. Jyoti Bhatt”, filed by the respondenthusband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for restitution of conjugal rights from the Family Court at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the Family Court at Patiala, Punjab. Vide order dated 13.4.2023 passed by this Court, the parties were referred for mediation before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to mediate the issues and for settlement between the parties. As per the report dated 25.08.2023 received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, the parties have settled the disputes by way of settlement agreement dated 21.08.2023, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties have stated across the Bar that the terms of the settlement have been acted upon in part and in
2 furtherance to it, application seeking divorce by mutual consent is in the process of filing before the Family Court. It is urged that the Transfer Petition may be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 21.8.2023 as taken on record. In view of the settlement, the Transfer Petition stands disposed of.
