By an Order dated 24.03.2025, Mr. Vikramjeet Banerjee, learned Additional Solicitor General, informed the Court that he would take proper instructions with regard to the 19 sealed envelopes which are lying with this Court as a part of the record in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 16111/2023.

Today, at the hearing, parties are ad idem in submitting that after the order of remand made by this Court by an order 09.11.2023 passed in SLP(C) No. 4078- 79/2023, the High Court, disposed of the Writ Petitions on 22.04.2024. Further, against the said judgment, the Special Leave Petitions were filed, which have also been disposed by this Court by an Order dated 03.04.2025 by converting the Special Leave Petitions into Appeals namely Civil Appeal No. 4800 of 2025 along with the other connected Appeals. 3. The parties jointly submit that these 19 sealed envelopes may be directed to be kept as a part of the record in Civil Appeal No.4800 of 2025 along with the other connected Appeals since, these sealed envelopes contains copies of the OMR Sheets taken from the hard disk which is provided by the CBI and submitted to this Court by West Bengal Central School Service Commission. 4. With these observations, the Miscellaneous Application is disposed of as far as SLP(C) No. 16111/2023 is concerned. 5. Registry is directed to keep these 19 sealed envelopes as a part of the record in Civil Appeal No.4800 of 2025 and other connected batch of the matters.
