Mahesh Babu, AOR UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In the auction that was conducted by the High Court, the petitioner herein was the successful bidder and she even paid the amount of the bid pursuant thereto. However, thereafter, she moved

2 an application to withdraw from the auction sale on the ground that the area offered was less than the area which was notified in the auction notice. That application has been dismissed by the High Court against which the present special leave petition has been filed. The petitioner has now filed an application stating that the petitioner is ready and willing to accept the area which was offered to her. In view thereof, no orders are required to be passed in this matter. It would be open to the petitioner to approach the High Court by filing an appropriate application and the High Court shall dispose of such an application to be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
