Noorullah, Adv.For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R It is submitted by Ms. Rachana Srivastava, learned counsel for thepetitioners, that during the pendency of this litigation, final order hasalready been passed in March, 2013 and the said order is being challengedby the petitioners. The only apprehension of the petitioners is that theobservations made in the impugned Order might adversely affect thepetitioners in the proceedings which are to be initiated for challengingthe validity of the final order. In view of the above development, we clarify that the observationswhich have been made by the High Court shall not be taken into account bythe concerned authority while deciding the validity of the final orderwhich has been passed in March 2013.
