Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the the hardships which will be faced by the petitioner in contesting the case at Jalandhar, Punjab, we deem it proper to transfer the petition and transfer the aforesaid case from the Family Court at Jalandhar, Punjab to the Family Court, Saket, New Delhi, along with all records for its adjudication.
TP(C) 661/2017 2 The respondent-husband shall pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) by way of a bank draft to the petitioner-wife towards litigation expenses. After transfer of the case, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the case without unnecessary adjournments.
