The Petitioners have challenged an order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad by which an

2 interim mandamus has been issued to direct the petitioners to pay salary to the respondent(s)-teachers who have been duly appointed. This is the order which has been challenged by the petitioners before us. We see absolutely no reason to interfere with the order of the High Court, in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India for one reason particularly this is only an interim order and secondly the writ petition is pending in the High Court. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed along with pending application(s), if any. (NIRMALA NEGI) (RENU BALA GAMBHIR) ASTT. REGISTRAR-cum-PS ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
