The said Application has been registered as I.A. No.1. SLP (C) CCNO. 21366 OF 2015 The matter above-mentioned has been filed by M/s. Anuradha & Associates, Advocates, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 29 th February, 2012 and 16 th April, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Writ Petition No. 1947 of 2011 and Writ Petition (M.B.) No. 3089 of 2014, respectively. There is delay of 1273 and 496 days in filing the said SLPs. It is submitted that the Petitioner has filed applications for permission to file SLPs stating therein that the Petitioner may be permitted to file Special Leave Petition against Final Judgment and Order dated 29.02.2012 in Writ Petition No. 1947 of 2011 and Interim Order dated 16.4.2014 in Writ Petition No 3089 of 2011. It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 5537 of 2012 @ SLP (C) No. 19401 of 2012 arising out of common order was listed ebfore the Hon'ble Court on 20 th July, 2012 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and tag with Civil Appeal No. 2574 of 2010 and the same is pending for hearing.
