JUSTICE ANIRUDDHA BOSE For Petitioner(s) Mr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey, AOR Mr. Manish Kumar,Adv. For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks to withdraw the petition as he states that he would like to approach the competent authority for obtaining the requisite Provident Fund amount. The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. We may, however, note in the end that apparently the petitioner has been following a wrong remedy on the criminal side which case has not been proved. However, the fact remains that 1
according to the petitioner, he is short by more than Rs.12,00,000/- in the Provident Fund amount since 2006 and yet did not avail of any civil remedy. In case a representation is made to the Provident Fund Commissioner, we would expect that representation to be examined expeditiously and the amount, if any, found due to the petitioner be remitted to the petitioner within a maximum period of two months from the date the representation.
