These Contempt Petitions are filed under Article 129 of the Constitution of India read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 11.02.2011 in S.L.P.(C)Nos.25401-25403 of 2009 and dated 24.02.2014 in Contempt Petition (C)Nos.458-460 of 2013 in S.L.P. (C)Nos.25401-25403 of 2009. 2. Mr. M. Yogesh Kanna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/alleged contemnors, on instructions, would undertakes that the respondents/alleged contemnors would comply with the orders and directions issued by this Court dated 11.02.2011 in S.L.P.(C)Nos.25401-25403 of 2009 and dated 24.02.2014 in Contempt Petition (C)
2 Nos.458-460 of 2013 in S.L.P.(C) Nos.25401-25403 of 2009 in two months' time from today. 3. Though this undertaking is opposed by Shri Gaurav Pachnanda, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, we intend to grant them some more time because of the difficulties expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents/alleged contemnors. 4. In view of the above, for the present, we dispose of these Contempt Petitions and grant two months' time from today to the respondents/alleged contemnors to comply with our orders and directions dated 11.02.2011 in S.L.P. (C) Nos.25401-25403 of 2009 and dated 24.02.2014 in Contempt Petition (C) Nos.458-460 of 2013 in S.L.P.(C) Nos.25401-25403 of 2009. 5. We clarify that the disposal of these Contempt Petitions will not come in the way of the petitioner’s approaching this Court once over again with yet another Contempt Petition, if, for any reason, the
