The High Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to his depositing an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs only) as the allegation against him is of cheating the complainant of that amount. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition subject to which anticipatory bail is granted.
