It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 710 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 847 days in refiling the SLP.  There is a total delay of 1557

days in filing and refiling the SLP. It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos.24602­24611 of 2007 Entitled  State Of Punjab & Ors.   Versus Kuldeep Kaur A.N.M.& Ors Etc. arising out of relied upon Order was dismissed for non prosecution on 21.08.2014 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 21.08.2014 is enclosed herewith). It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner had not filed the copy of order dated 20.05.2003 as per his undertaking letter dated 24.8.2015 and the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 04.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :­ “ Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to file any document as per his undertaking dated 24th August, 2015.  Prayer is accepted.  Let the matter be listed before appropriate Bench.”  The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
