F.C.A.M.P. No. 285 of 2012 in FCA No. 80 of 2011. It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 292 days in filing the special leave petition and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP. It is further submitted that Mr. Satya Mitra, Advocate has on 20 th April, 2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of sole petitioner viz. Mr. Sreenivas Motupalli after “taking no objection” from erstwhile advocate Mr. Sanjay Jain. It is also submitted that counsel has filed a letter dated 15 th April, 2015 stating therein that gift deed dated 30 th March, 2000 is not a relevant document for the purposes of hearing of the instant matter.
