SLP (C) Diary No. 10224/2023. petitioner. We have perused the proceeding of the Panchayat Secretary dated 03.12.2022, which indicates that the concerned site was inspected and it was found that there is no encroachment on the road and the construction is within the old existing building, which was in existence since time immemorial. In such view of the matter, we do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned judgment. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
