No. 13 of 2011 from K.G.F. Karnataka to Kanpur(U.P.). Having gone through the same, we deem it fitand proper to transfer the matter to the Family Courtat Kanpur. The parties are directed to appear beforethe Family Court, Kanpur, on 29/11/2011 and the Courtat K.G.F. Karnataka is directed to remit the record tothe said Court forthwith.
