Bhasme, learned Senior Advocate for sometime, in view of Section 11 (6A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, it is not possible for us to interfere with the High Court judgment. However, Mr. Bhasme informed us that a Section 16 application has been filed before the learned Arbitrator, which will be pursued by him. The learned Arbitrator will decide that application on its own merits without being influenced by any of the observations made by the High Court in the impugned judgment.
