For Respondent(s) : UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R There is delay of 668 days and 297 days in filing these Special Leave Petitions and we do not find any plausible and bonafide explanation to condone this inordinate delay. Even on merits, we find no reason as to how the petitioner is affected by the impugned order(s). Hence, we are not inclined to interfere in the present matter in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
