No. 1), application for permission to appear and argue in person (regd. as I.A. No. 2) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered). All the applications have been included in SLP paper books. It is further submitted that the application for permission to appear and argue in-person was placed before the Ld. Registrar (Misc.) for interaction with the petitioner-in-person as provided under Order IV Rule 1(C), Supreme Court Rules-2013, when the Ld.
