On perusal of the records, we consider it appropriate to transfer Divorce Petition bearing M.C. No. 159/2023 tilted as “Vivek Anand Panda vs. Gyanaprava Panda” pending before Senior Civil Judge, Anekal, Bengaluru, Karnataka to Family Court Bhubaneswar, Orissa; 4. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.
