The petitioner has set up a juvenility claim based on school leaving certificate dated 30.08.2016 issued by Saint Vianney High School, Lachhadagarh, which discloses petitioner’s date of birth as
2 25.06.1998. Further, an additional affidavit has been filed annexing a school transfer certificate issued by Primary School, Kulaanda, District Simdega, Jharkhand. The second certificate is dated 03.05.2008 and it discloses that the petitioner got admitted in the school on 04.04.2005 and left the school on 03.05.2008. His entry in the school was in Class-III. 2. From above, it is clear that both certificates annexed by the petitioner are not regarding the school first attended by the petitioner. In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to require the petitioner to submit a certificate of the school where he first attended. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed four weeks time to file such an affidavit. 3. List this matter in the third week of January, 2026.
