our order dated 11.03.2024 as to whether the High Court could proceed to decide the revision petition on merits. He states that the said order has been separately challenged vide Diary No.13192/2024. In the main case, where the petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.12.2023, denying him regular bail, learned senior counsel for the State points out that the copy of the paper book has not been received so far. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, strongly refutes the non-supply of copy of the paper book. On our asking he, however, agrees to handover a complete set of paper book, including the fresh petition filed by him, to learned State counsel by tomorrow i.e., 21.03.2024. 3. Let the counter affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks. 4. Meanwhile, petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Special Judge, Dindigul.
