1. The learned counsel appearing for the parties brought to our
notice that the matter has been settled amicably.
2. The parties are present before us.
3. The Settlement Agreement dated 26-10-2025 between the parties
reads thus:-
“SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES
This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on this 26th
October 2025 between:
Mickey Prem Singh, S/o Shri. Prem Singh, residing at House No. 1220, Sector 43-B Chandigarh, 160001, hereinafter referred to as the “First Party” or “Petitioner Husband”.
Kiran Bala, D/o Late Sh. Amar Nath, residing at H. No. 2559 Phase – VII, Mohali, hereinafter referred to as the “Second Party” or “Respondent Wife”.
WHEREAS:
A. The First Party and the Second Party were married on 27.04.2013 as per Hindu rites and customs at Registrar of Marriages Union Territory of Chandigarh vide Marriage Registration Certificate under Chandigarh Compulsory Registration of Marriages Rule. 2012 Form-IV dated 14.05.2013 under Registration No. 962.
