(Copy of the order dated 2 nd July, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.) It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition No. 46014605 of 2014 entitled “STATE OF PUNJAB & ORS vs KRBL LTD ETC ETC” arising from a common order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10 th February, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has dismissed the same. (Copy of the order dated 10 th February, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of the notification dated 28 th February, 2013 and full Annexure P9 but he has filed a letter in this regard.
