( Rajesh Dham ) ( Indu Satija ) Court Master Court Master (signed order is placed on the file) IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION REVIEW PETITION (C.) NO. 1324 OF 2011 IN SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C.) NO. 1859 OF 2011AJIT SINGH Petitioner(s) VERSUSWARMATI DEVI(D) TR.LRS.& ORS. Respondent(s) O R D E R On scrutiny of the case, it appears that in thespecial leave petitions, the petitioner had challenged twoorders of the High Court and accordingly paid two sets ofcourt fee. After dismissal of the special leave petitions, the Registry ought to have registered two special leave

petitions but instead it registered only one.Consequently, one review petition has been registered andonly one set of court fee has been paid. Without going into this controversy at this belatedstage, we have carefully gone through the review petitionand the connected papers. We do not find any error apparenton the face of the record which calls for review of theorder of this Court dated 10th January, 2011. However, delayin filing the review petition is condoned. The Review Petition is dismissed accordingly. .......................J. (MARKANDEY KATJU)NEW DELHI; .......................J.JULY 19, 2011 (GYAN SUDHA MISRA)
