For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We do not see any reason to interfere in the matter. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner however submitted that since the charge-sheet has been filed, the petitioner may prefer an application for discharge. In such eventuality, the Trial Court shall consider the matter as early as possible and see whether charges need to be framed or the petitioner is entitled to be discharged.
