In view of the aforesaid, we disposed of the Special Leave Petitions in  terms of the undertaking given by the parties. The Judgement and decree of the High Court is modified accordingly”  (Copy of order is annexed at Page No. 9­10 as annexure CP­1 in Contempt Petition  paperbook). It is further submitted that Dr. S.K. Verma, Advocate has on 08.01.2016 filed Contempt Petition for disobedience of the order dated 07.10.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court and Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate has on 16.12.2015 filed an application for direction with affidavit and the same have been registered as Contempt Petition (Civil) No. 46­47/2016 and Interlocutory Application Nos. 3 & 4 respectively (Copies stand included in Paper Books). The  Contempt Petition alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
