We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order inexercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution ofIndia. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. Despite the above order, learned counsel for the petitionerseeks some time so as to enable the petitioner to vacate the suit premises.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that if three months' time isgranted to the petitioner, the petitioner would voluntarily vacate the suitpremises. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to continuein suit premises upto 30.06.2014 subject to filing of usual undertaking inthis Court within four weeks incorporating all usual conditions.
