This Special Leave Petition is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 23.01.2023 in CRA No. 1007/2022 by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Aurangabad Bench.
2. We find no reason to grant leave to challenge the said order. Consequently, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed. Needless to say that the interim protection granted vide order dated 27.03.2023 will cease to have its effect. However, it will be open to the petitioner to surrender within one week from today and apply for regular bail. In case he surrenders and applies for bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously. 3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
